BUSINESS OPERATION
Crabs caught outside of Japan are processed at overseas partner factories while they are fresh.
We purchase Snow Crab mainly landed in Canada, and processes at our subcontract factories in Vietnam, Indonesia, China, etc., and import processed products into Japan to sell in our domestic market.
Also as for Red Snow Crab landed in South Korea, we import processed products from "Se Bum Foods Co.,Ltd" predominantly and other subcontract factories, and supply to our local market.
We also handle other marine products in a wide range such as Lobster-Miso (Paste), Norwegian Mackerel, and Chum Salmon, etc..

Production Base: South Korea
Red Snow Crab landed in South Korea is processed at our subcontract factories there and we import the products into Japan. "Se Bum Foods Co., Ltd. " has the same processing equipment as those of our head office factory in Japan, so that safe & secure and high-quality products are produced by "JYOKI-NO-WAZA (Power of Steam)" technology.

Production Base: Indonesia, Vietnam, and China
Snow crab purchased in Canada and other countries are processed into meat (IQF, bock frozen), cut parts, etc. at overseas subcontract factories in Indonesia, Vietnam, and China, and we import final products into Japan. Each factories produce various types of products according to our local customers' needs.
