Our prepared foods are produced by local crab and fish caught in Sakaiminato, and also American lobster imported from Canada.
In our head factory, crab croquette, crab gratin, and crab bun are produced.

Fish
We purchase mainly Horse Mackerel and Mackerel landed at Sakaiminato in whole-ship lot at an auction.
Lobster
American Lobster is one of the most popular prepared foods. We import the Lobster from Canada.
Red Snow Crab
We purchase Red Snow Crab mainly from Sakaiminato, and from other landing ports in whole-ship lot.
WORKS
As for croquettes and gratin, we are particular about the ingredients and produce cream sauce from scratch. Our patented technology "JYOKI-NO-WAZA (Power of Steam)" is also used to broil fish, and it can produce soft loosened meat with bones cooked very soft, plump and delicious grilled fish, and boiled fish, etc..
